We do not ever share your personal information provided at checkout and through our e-mail sign up with other organizations or businesses. Ordering and Shipping Information Its easy and safe to place your order online via our website, but if you prefer to speak to a live person, you may call us at 212-873-1715 Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm EST and we'll be happy to assist you. Sleeping Buddha purchases are shipped from our New York CIty studio, to arrive within 5-7 business days of the receipt of your order. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. At this time, we cannot ship orders outside the United States. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. We add a 8.375% tax of your total order to orders shipped anywhere in the state of New York. The tax will be automatically be added to your order total during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than New York State, no tax will be charged. You will receive a confirmation of your order at the end of the order process, as well as a confirmation e-mail including order number and total amount to be charged.
Return Policy We want you to love what you've ordered! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a merchandise return for an exchange or refund for your order within 15 days of receipt. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returned items must include original packing materials and the original receipt. Merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition. Our E-mail List We offer those who sign up for our e-mail list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, special events, and Sleeping Buddha news. If you would like to be removed from our list, please follow the instructions sent along with each e-mail. Your name will be removed as soon as possible. |
